I can make a PR in your github, if that makes the process easier

Yes you can do it if you want to, it'll allow the users to use it sooner.

I'll then do a release in the github with your banner when I made the change I'd like to do.

I don't think it's possible with 3DS games, BTW, I've uploaded the HBL cia with the animater banner.

If I get BootNTR selecter, do I have to have BootNTR installed? I'm also looking to see if I can get at the source code for NTR itself, so is it possible to run custom builds? Namely, to change the keycombo.
