ROM Hack question on installing cfw on 9.0 n3ds - broswerhack

I have a 3ds that was on 10.7 and i downgraded it to 9.2 and installed cfw. Now my question is i am getting a second n3ds xl but it will come with a 9.0 firmware. My understanding from the instructions was that because this was 9.0 i couldnt do the browser hack which i did with with my 10.7 which i downgraded.

Can anyone confirm this if possible i dont want to buy any new software just to get this hacked. Thankyou.

9.0 is basically the same as 9.2, there should be no problems installing browserhax.

Assuming you have a browser, you're good to go on 9.0. There's no problem. If you do not have a browser, you will need to use one of these alternative entry points:

so there is a possiblity that 9.0 will not have a broswer?
