There's this thing that have been bugging me from a long time, the thing is it seems I have both US and EUR versions of all stock apps installed on emuNAND, and if I try to delete the EUR versions it stops working on US too. I don't know how it happened since I have never tried to change my 3DS region and I really want to delete them because I want to try installing arm9lhx. Is there a way to get rid of EUR duplicates? Also, I'm using luma 3ds

PS: Also I have been searching for a solution to this problem, but I have noticed only a few people have this issue and most of the "solutions" are to just hide the duplicates on a folder, and ignore it.

Seems your nands are linked. It's wise to unlink it first.
you don't get duplicated system apps from linked nands...
The thing is I can't uninstall them without rendering emuNAND unusable
make a nand backup, go through titles in fbi 2.x, uninstall every eur system cia that is an actual app, reboot
edit: there is no reason why this shouldnt work unless you are uninstalling the wrong things...

But his emunand mess with his sysnand which is similar effect to haveing nands linked in some way
The "problem" (subjective) with linked nands is, since the SD encryption keys and folder names are the same, extdata + SD apps + their saves + databases are shared; but this shouldn't influence the installation of things that go on internal storage (as only their SD extdata would interact = why your packages rewrap)

To add on, you need to format your nand in order to swap the region, so you cannot have a linked nand with a different region.

You can dump the movable.sed from the other Nand (as long as is fromt the same console you shouldn"t need to edit it, if is from another console you need to edit it first or it brick) and inject it to the region changed Nand after you System Format the console.
Remeber that is needed to edit it first if is from another console as it brick.

Even if the duplicates are only appearing on emuNAND? NAND is working fine
