Hacking Use flashcart for 11.0 downgrade?

I was thinking today about trying to downgrade using a fieldrunners ROM on an R4 card. Theres no need for it to be legit since it doesnt have to be transferred. My question is can you use the public.sav file with the R4? If so this could save alot of time

Ds flashcarts don't have access to the 3ds arm9 stuff, but twl firm, or dsiware from eshop, does have access to it.

I already did a system transfer downgrade yesterday, while it wasnt too time consuming it was a little bit of a pain. I was just wondering if the flashcart would work. Guess not

I will find out as soon as i find a ROM. Its the R4i Gold Pro 2016 card.

I get "load rom error = 5" wheni try to load Fieldrunners.nds on R4i Gold Pro

I tried it. The R4 Flashcart doesn't load the DSiWare apps, it gives an error.
Also if you try loading the boot.nds directly it says it's not on a 3DS.

Yeah... That's DSiWare. That won't work on a DS-mode flashcard. You have to actually buy it.

You have to buy the game on an actual 3DS system with custom firmware. There is no other option. :/

You can get them from some warez site, in ".nds" format and can be converted to ".cia". I don't have that legendary iEvo flashcart so I can't tell whether they can run on flashcart.

Even if you had a DSiMode flashcard, I don't believe it won't have NAND access, as iirc once you launch a game from the slot 1 it blocks NAND

I'm new to 3DS hacking, use to be a PC hacker... So once a Cart is loaded the NAND is blocked?
