I've tryed to do my downgrade to 9.2 from my new 3DS. It was on 10.7 USA before the update.

The safe mode and the no sd does not work with me.

I've followed this link, but I'm not sure that I've done all of it: https://gbatemp.net/threads/noob-friendly-guide-to-downgrading-your-3ds-from-fw-10-7.418125/
Also this link is the other part that I've followed: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Homebrew-Launcher-(No-Browser) .
If safe mode doesn't work and you have no nand backups, your system is bricked and there's no way to recover it.

ASD3500, the NAND backup is all that is in the SD card(micro for new 3DS)?.

Tenshi_Okami, I've used the 9.2.0-20U for new 3DS, so it was good when I scan it.

So you have a nand backup? If your system is bricked, you'll have to get a hardmod to unbrick it with a nand backup.

do you have 0000008f or something like that folder ? if yes delete it

That don't matter, it don't boot without SD and he hasn't even been that far in the process.

No, a NAND backup is something you get either from a hardmod ( which should be done before downgrading to avoid this issue ) or through various homebrew apps, while on 9.2

It sounds like you don't have either. So you have a permabrick if you cannot enter safemode. Have you tried safemode without the sd as well?

If you really can"t get to Recovery Mode the only thing you can try is sending it to Nintendo saying to them that something failed meanwhile updating the System trough System Settings.

So you're saying Cletor that I will need to send to Nintendo repair my New 3DS with the false reason of an Error with the update? If it's this, I wonder how to send it to them.

I do not have an NAND so has you're saying, I'm sad that it went wrong with my new 3DS, just because of a single mistake. :(

Here the message when i've tryed to boot it: "Une erreur est survenue. Éteignez la console en maintenant le bouton POWER enfoncé, puis réessayez.
Pour obtenir de l'aide, visitez le site support.nintendo.com"

Yes, try it as some other people did that and Nintendo repaired it for them, only contact the Nintendo support from your location.
Only note that they will leave it at 11.0.0-X but if you don"t have any Nand backup there isn"t more to do than that or buy a new console.

That's a brick. You can try sending it to Nintendo, but they will find the mod files and they can refuse to fix it. They might fix it and update it to 11.0 though.

It doesn't matter to much if my console is upadted to 11.0 after i send it to Nintendo since I already have an other console with the emunand(my old 3DS).

And, I does't wan't to lose my new 3DS so fast. So a console at the version 11.0, it is not the end of the world.
