11.0 its impossible to downgradde without a second 3ds or hardmod you're right

You can use DSiWareHax if you have a second hacked 3ds.

Hi I have followed all of the steps in https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-1-(Homebrew) up until downgrading in part 4 , I formatted twice through tinyformat and am constantly getting an error when downgrading using plaisysupdater. It always stops at v.12288-> v.02049 I've done it at least 15 times already with restoring emunand after. Anyone got a solution

I think the file is wrong. The kind of file needed should just be called "Anim" With no file extention, at least that what i used to set up the animation i see on my system.

im trying to produce a twlBg.cxi file for nitrohax but when i get to the step of running the "go.cmd" file, it fails and produces a file which is 0 bytes in size while giving me errors that it the cmd file could not open various other files.

Basically meaning i cant get past the fat init error on nitrohax.

any help?

Once you have arm9loaderhax, then yeah. There is a section for it on Plailect's guide. Though, it is completely unnecessary, as luma3ds cfw can load games from any region, no matter what your 3ds region is.

You cannot go online with out of region games afaik. If you use an NA cia, you will be able to play with people who have the NA game.

System Setup: SysNand 11.0.0-33U A9LH

Sorry if this is a silly question, but if I go ahead and use emuNand9 to format/create a redNand, and then reinject a sysnand backup I made just before doing so (to sysNand), will my NNID still be set up? Or will I have to set my NNID up after restoring?

Also will setting up the rednand from a9lh be fine, or do I need to take any extra measures to retain it? Thank you.

11.0.0-33 is the latest system version. So no that is not.

For a New 3ds under 10.7 , what would be the most convenient method of downgrading to 9.2 , Ninjhax, OOT, or Sky3ds?
