Default WiFi modes are 100cc if you have low VR, otherwise 150.

What is considered low vr? What do I have to get to in order to speed this up?

I think it was below 10000 VR, but im not sure. Might be much less.
How to fix it? Play and reach higher VR levels
Or play custom WiFi races with 200cc and see how Nintendo means nobody plays those, putting you into empty rooms all over!
