I don't get your site, there is a few games listed on there that says its downloadable but when I go to search for them in freeshop or CIAngle I can never find then.

For freeShop you have to update the encTitleKeys, and in CIAngel you just choose the option to update the json file I think. My site uses the same JSON file as CIAngel, so if your JSON file is up to date they should show up in CIAngel as well.

Any reason you don't include VC games?

I don't think they are included in the list on the Nintendo servers I'm checking, the servers only list native 3DS and Wii U games. It's possible there are other servers I could use to list VC games but I haven't looked into it. Thanks for telling me though, I hadn't realized they were missing.
