Is this even possible?

What I mean is, when you go into the Vault, and then Sounds, you can listen to the game's music.

Is it possible to change what titles are displayed?

Even better, editing the data about who composed it and such on the top screen.

Obviously the strings would be stored in mbst files but how do we access those msbt files?

Yes, I can tell you how to modify the list. Keep in mind it needs cfw, even though replacing the actual music itself doesn't due to the way Smash stores its files.
