Game knows dem stats are too much for Midori so the game is like " okay, we already have miracle Midori here so no Midori use for YOU!!!"
Is there a way to change parenthood of a character ? For exemple, I want to change Caeldori mother to match the hair color I changed because, in ALL cutscene, she have the hair color of her mother no matter the color you choose with save editor.
Alright so I tried saving the program this time with my computer restarted and the same thing happened. Also additional failed backups keep appearing in my decompressed backup folder
We really need a compilation or a way to sticky certain posts in this thread. I'd love to help yall since most of the stuff has been mentioned repeatedly here but gets lost in the amount of posts. And could we not keep doing the "could you please do <list of mods> for me?" It's annoying personally, if you're going to modify at least learn to use the tool......

Im curious where the decompressing happened or did you just name it "_dec"? Afaik, decompression is not needed by the tool

In the tool: Hex Edit Avatar, boon bane values are somewhere in the bottom right box. @Omegablu has the mappings in their sig.
Name will probably require an actual hec editor to find the avatar block, name should be showing up in the ascii sidepanel each character seperated by a "."

As discussed earlier in this thread: there are 2 sets of statue caps: one that is reset when my castle layouts are saved and one that is permanent (intended for einherjar). For a total of 16 hex blocks. Top left block of hex in hex editor. Search thread for locations.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid. -
