Hacking Region change issues

I followed Plailect's region change guide and I succesfully switched my EUR sysnand to a JPN one, but I lost my injected in H&S app FBI Installer. Now, I can't install any CIA or enter to homebrew, when I try to use Browserhax a black screen appears and obbey me to power off the 3DS.

To clarify, I have A9LH and Luma, and my sysnand is 11.0.0-33J now.

PD: I did it to enter Japanese eShop, but I can't... I deleted my eShop account first and I formated when I did every step.

1. You will never be able to access eshop after region change (on n3ds) and for o3ds you need to use the 3 sd card trick.

2. Try performing the region change from a previous version fw, install your required HB entries and then update to 11. Or use game like Cubic Ninja, Ocarina of time, or oyher currently available entries for a 11 system.

Set decrypt9 to chainload and dump and re inject

I don't think so, only if you used the secure info from a real Japanese console that never went online - but not sure.

Sorry guys, for N3DS there is no way. I have tried for the last half year and nope. I have a n3ds jap and switched to usa, even a fresh secureinfo file and nothing. There is only 1 way, and only 1 person has succeded and that is yifan_lu.But the tutorial is for very advanced users (requires 2 different 3ds systems, performing a system transfer, intercepting the network packets and modifying the information manually)
