Just a quick question towards the suk on the chaos site. Could Nintendo perform any sort of legal action on me if I download it. I assume not because I would have accepted the NDA, but it would be good to check first.

In many developed countries, downloading pirate stuff for personal use isn't illegal.
You could still be sued in civil court, just like I could sue you because you won't give me 3 pounds for this reply (and I would most likely lose, but not after wasting your time)

Yes, they could. Just call and tell them you pirated the theme maker and don't forget to say who you are and where you live... But it think even if you do that nothing is gonna happen. They could but usually they don't do it. They don't know what you downloaded, where you live or who you are and they most likely don't care so its really unlikey that you get in trouble for that since they don't even now that you exist.

Hey can i ask a question? How can i install a theme i did with this? The theme maker give me a .yaml format and it is not installable with chmm... Is there a way to make a cia so i can install in my home menu? Or a way to extract bgm and body_lz.bin from the .yaml file?

Click Create Submission Data and then open the folder where the YAML file is located and you should see a theme that is compatible with CHMM2

Hmm so i got another prob , if i press preview it tells me: can not buid layout ( C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Temp ) and i need preview to make submission data...

Well i was working in the zip and it worked well, then i extracted it and it nomore work...
it almost sounds like it created a settings file somewhere when you opened it without extracting that is referencing the temporary directory (which no longer exists)

I want to try porting my themes with this but I'm lost reading the background music part: I understand the wav file will be looped but I want to *set the loop start* like I did with brstm files.
The theme maker states you have to set the loop in the file, and I don't understand what that means. Google didn't helped, maybe someone knows how to do so ?

I didn't do a loop and my file still loops just fine

I loops back at the start right ? But with BRTSM files we could put a precise sample so the file loop back at this point, not from the start, allowing to have a much nicer audio.
The file could be seen like that: [INTRO|LOOP]
And when it plays you hear [INTRO|LOOP|LOOP|LOOP...]
