Homebrew SDK Official Theme Maker!

Had a quick look at it, it seems really powerful. Really awesome of Nintendo to give these tools for free to those who sign up too. The video converter is also really good for the same reason.

Kinda strange though, with the situation the 3DS is in these tools help those playing around with hacking a lot and literally anyone can get their hands on them legally.

Just get official SDK try your self, this name was just as an example.
because it give more than you could except actually^^
I don't use via CHMM but I know there is all you need to make it working with CHMM without any convertions.

Well i have SDK i tried installing this format gived and it did not work i'll try to just save as body_LZ.bin...

Don't...? Seriously why would you? If you violate the NDA they WILL find you if they truly care enough to do so but they don't. Seriously though, the 3DS Hacking community wouldn't be where it is now were it not for reverse engineering many many things and the NDA quite literally states that reverse engineering is NOT allowed. Every so often you'll encounter a purist who will deny the following claim, but were it not for Ryanrocks leaking many parts of the Nintendo SDK the hacking community wouldn't be where it is. It is true that we are supposed to follow the NDA, and by all means please do, but please for the love of god keep in mind that you have already violated Nintendo's policies simply by having any type of *hax (be that menu, arm9loader, or anything else).

Guys.... seriously? Just make your own developer accounts <_< it's free and anyone can do it.

You need to be a company or part of a company. A 12 year old can't legally sign up. If the aforementioned 12 year old did, and wanted to sell a game, they'd be fucked, as they need a Tax ID, etc.

It was a direct download link from Nintendo that required NDID log in, but I removed the link anyway, because I'm not sure the official stance of the forum for linking directly to Nintendo server. (instead of other pirate site)

You need to be a company or part of a company. A 12 year old can't legally sign up. If the aforementioned 12 year old did, and wanted to sell a game, they'd be fucked, as they need a Tax ID, etc.

You do not need to be part of a company to sign up or use the SDK, or to publish games on the eShop. You do however have to be 18 or older.

i guess nintendo didn't want to bother converting backgrounds integrated in their theme tool, since there is already a tool for converting other format to their tga...

looks like you need to install an earlier version of dotnet. I'm not sure which one, but try dotnet30 or dotnet35

after you finish install run this in terminal
