I cannot wait to see how this project goes! I have not used my N3DS in a while, but I might get it back out eventually to test this out!

Unfortunately, learning about this project is extremely difficult when 95% of the posts are extremely offtopic.

You did what you had to do, as a good user should and would.

On topic (finally): assuming all of the red flags raised are false, this would be pretty interesting. But I suppose all will be revealed sometime around mid-tomorrow, when the moderators over at that ISO site have had a superfluous amount of time to approve the post.

The problem is that Unity doesn't run very well on the O3DS. But the legitimacy of this project has certainly been challenged, so don't get your hopes up.

on the unity 3ds blog and it says it does work with old 3ds and there are some types of games that will run well on it it said.

Well, some do. But if you intend to make a resource-heavy game in Unity, it won't do so well on the O3DS. And come to think of it, this probably would run okay on the O3DS.
