So... I hate to be the rain on a sunny day (although if you ask me it's cloudy), but you can't use this for ROM Hacking or similar. Or at least, you can't publicly share anything you create through these tools. I don't care any bit about morals. If I cared about morality I wouldn't be here.

The reason I posted this is because if you do this, you open up ROM Hacking projects that use the SDK to a C&D from Nintendo and maybe even worse, because you signed the NDA and by releasing a project you break the NDA. Which has legal consequences.

But sure, go on ahead, use the SDK as you wish. But don't be suprised when things go south.

They do have your IP unless you used TOR. Which can be used to trace you (unless you used a public hotspot to register) And if they do have it, you are in worse trouble due to not filling in real info in a legal document.
