Hacking Fix my modded Wii

I just hacked my friends Wii with BannerBomb for his 4.3U Wii, did a sysCheck after backing up his NAND, and ModMii found all the iOS he needed with that sysCheck.. and i got his Wii working 100%
This is the second black Wii I have home brewed to be able to play gamecube backups.. and might I say.. I've had NO problems with WiiFlow and have had 100% compatibility with every American game. Any game, and every game plays 100% and never freezes everytime but..

MY Wii is a different story, I have the white Wii.. and we purchased it when the first Wii Sports bundle came out
I f****d up my Wii and blue screened it a year after we got it.. and just redid the hack a year or 2 ago
It has 100% compatibility with games.. but crashs 2/3 or 4/5 times.. every 3rd or 5th try the game boots off of WiiFlow and never crashes

Now to my main problem, how to fix my Wii
My Wii really angers me.. I wish I could get it running every time like both of my friends..

Well my Wii says there's a system update ( I'm on 4.3U.. but it could be possible my 4.3U was an unofficial update)
I have a backup of my NAND using ModMii
Can I update my Wii, essentially removing all homebrew.. and then rehack it like I did my friends?
If it bricks I can use my NAND backup to fix it right? Or is there anothee way to remove all the hacks, and rehack my Wii?
Ithis has been driving my crazy, and I've tried a lot (aside from things like updating or formatting my Wii)
Because I didn't want to permanently brick my Wii and not be able to restore it

I'm willing to system format or update my Wii, as long as it's safe.

Please help me guys ✌ I can post sysCheck of my Wii, or my Friends Wii if that will help me with this madness.
I have all required iOS, and just got some new updates from ModMii, even though I just updated those iOS kinda recently.

My friend has a USB and SD card, with all the same stuff as mine.. and my USB and SD work on his Wii as well.. same for my other friends Wii
Its just my Wii that has the problems.-. Maybe I did the Banner Bomb wrong or something.. it has all the IOS I need, but fails to start the game on WiiFlow every time.. and takes a few attempts to play
It straight turns off my console and I have to retry

(I have 64GB worth of Wii and Gamecube games and I've tested them all on my Wii and my friends.. working 100% of the time, but not on mine.. and my games are legally back up.. i have discs for my games, and I only my friend backed up the games he had discs for)

On my friends Wii his system menu was already up to date, I ran Banner Bomb, backed up his NAND, ran sysCheck and it fetched every iOS I needed for Gamecube Backups, I installed dios mios 2.9 and his Wii works 5/5 times, never freezes, and is flawless with WiiFlow and those beautiful covers)

Did you try inserting a wii disc and playing.

If it crashes only on Wiiflow,Then go for the USB Loader GX,If that also crashes there may be a problem with your Cios.

My friends doesn't need a Wii disc, but mine has to have one in. I used USB Loader and it doesn't work, and Nintendont has audio issues on my Wii and crashes frequently.
maybe Its my cios, but I recently reinstalled 36,58, 236,222, 224,248,249, and 250... and updated it

First of all: that's not an option, that's always necessary to discard IOS issues.

Second, Did u try USBLoader Gx?

And third: what guide did you follow?

I used USB Loader and it doesn't work

Maybe a kinda overheating.JUST A GUESS.

Do you use any wii2hdmi adapter.

Vague answer, USB Loader its just a generic name for any USB LOADER.

There Is CFG USB Loader, USB Loader Gx, among others.

I tried all of them, CFG, GX, only WiiFlow works.. perfectly on my friends Wii, glitchy on mine
I didn't need to follow a guide.. but I used some softmod guide I found on Google, I downloaded BannerBomb (or Letter bomb) whichever one is for system 4.3, I installed the homebrew Channel, installed iOS 249, and 250 from d2x installer
I've been trying different iOS, updating a bunch, using the standard iOS from the ModMii computer program.. I've tried just about everything
mine was done years ago.. I don't remember exactly how I did it, but I gave you the jist
I did the exact same thing to my 2 friends Wii's, and theirs work flawlessly

You only need 36, 58, 236, 249, and 250.. I know
But I did research h and found more like 222, 223, and 224 because my Wii has never been "reliable"

I got that sysCheck because a few hours ago I ran it through ModMii and it told me I was all up to date on every iOS

I just installed cios249(on a default wii for USB Loader GX) and it worked perfect.

Try reinstalling all ios and cios as told(without patches).
Check if you have anti-brick software, if you want to reinstall.

I've tried different iOS and they didn't work.. so do you think the Wii is just kinda broken? I mean.. it's semi usable because with WiiFlow, dios mios runs the game every 3rd or 5th attempt

Having only cIOS 249 on a modded wii, cuts the possibilities, os USB 2.0, instruments and some others.

@Cole Wagner just use the files i mentioned, google any of the files i posted and you will get an updated pack.

I've already reinstalled iOS several times, using d2x, Google, or ModMii
My most recent iOS are from ModMii, they're all updated and from ModMii
I don't think it's anything with my iOS.. I don't know what else it could be though

I got it working.I dont know how.I didn't touch the IOS.It was default.

Honestly it's probably a hardware issue, it's not the USB or SD. Cause those work in my friends.. but I recently updated all my iOS from ModMiir.. and when I just now (a few hours ago) hacked my friends Wii, ModMii, fetched every iOS I have on my Wii.. for his Wii, and his Wii works great
