I have two questions, first one is about fbi, and second is about decrypt9 and hourglass9

  1. For some reason i have two fbi installers on my system. I when i used the first one to scan the qr code to update the app, it made a new fbi app and now i dunno why that is or what to do with it, should i keep them both or use only one?
  2. What is the difference between decrypt9 and hourglass9, should i keep them both or use only one? I assume one is easier to use than the other and features removed to prevent stupid things from being done to the system that if you dunno what your doing can cause it not to work anymore.
I was just curious that's all.

1-i usually just inject the FBI in my system so it is always updated , but in general ,you have the injected one(plailect's guide) and the non injected one(the updated one). Just use the updated one
2-decrypt9 is good for decryption(region free cias, xorpads), emunand and sysnand management(and removing a9lh if you desire). Hourglass9 is sorta similar, but it doesn't touch a9lh

I've got the same problem with the FBI app haha, one's in the place of H&S and the other is just a seperate regular icon. I just moved the H&S one (was a lower version) all the way to the right of the 3DS menu so that it's out of sight. Not sure about hourglass and decrypt though...

What are xorpads?
I dunno what the difference is, but they both seem to be functional fully only problem is when i try to load a title from one of them, it gives me a error,

"Failed to launch title.
Result code: 0xC8A0CC04
Level: Status (25)
Summary: Invalid state 95)
Module: Applet (51)
Desc: <unknown> (4)"

the other seem to not have that problem, besides that, they both work as intended.

Xorpads are used mainly in 3ds to cia conversion .
You probably don't have the seeddb.bin and the slotkeys on the root of your SD or you haven't initialized the databases on your Nintendo 3ds folder either

OK put 'em on the root of the SD alongside with the seeddb.bin.
Have you initialized the databases in the Nintendo 3ds folder (sorta unrelated)?
You're right it is unrelated but how do i know i did that? I just been using it as normal and no problems have occured. I dunno how to initalize database, but do i need to since i haven't had any problems. I can install cia and use them no problem.

Okay then can you do xorpad dump with the contents on the SD ? Where does it give you the error?
The xorpads your talking about has nothing to do with my usage of FBI INSTALLER. That is decrypt9 Terrotory. I said "WHEN USING ONE OF THE FBI INSTALLERS ON MY SYSTEM TO LAUNCH A TITLE, IT GIVES ME THE ERROR (See previous post i made)"
