So try reinstalling the 9.2 pack from plai with sysupdater? I'm really afraid of wrecking this. Which is new for me because I downgrade phones and tablets all the time.

There's always risks, but I think you should go ahead. Make sure all the files are good before installing using your computer.

sysupdater does the same thing. It just says update complete and does nothing. Pushes me back to ctrbootmanager. So do I need to upgrade my sysnand somehow to downgrade again? I can't go to 11.0 obviously.

Sweet jesus we have success. So I ran "upgrade" instead of downgrade when I tried sysupdater. I did downgrade instead and it installed two cia, one of which was the firmware. I have access to emunand now.
