Hacking Problem eshop access

Hello, I have a 9.5 N3DS emunand using RXTools and I followed many tutorials to get access to the eshop but everytime, there is an error message saying that I have To update my 3ds to access eshop...
And the exact same message appears when I try to access the friendlist... :c
Could someone finally get a solution to my problem ?

1 ditch RXtools and start using LUMA
2 update emunand.

A-get rid of rxtools and replace with luma3ds
B-update your emunand to the latest version
Also if you want arm9loaderhax+a perfect setup follow this tutorial, it's very easy and noob friendly

From what I understand, when I will get my LumaCFW Emunand 9.2 on my New3DS, I'll just have to update it to the 11.0 version and that's it ?

Thats correct yeah using system update option in EmuNAND

make sure that you are under EMUNAND before updating to LATEST. otherwise ... no, just dont.

So, I did everything and it works perfectly : now I have a 11.0 Emunand in my n3ds
But there is still an issue : now in my 11.0 emunand, I can't access to the friend list because it freezes..
How to fix it ?

If you are using the newest Luma version you just have to wait some time (for me it took 10 min to open it) if not update your luma version
