I'm aware that these are for a minecraft mod (OpenComputers) and one is a sha256 implementation, but some code in pure lua:

red: 3DS Quick Shutdown, poweroff your system without using your powerbutton
green: Quick Reboot, reboot your system

Btw, the dirty update option was broken, as the system wouldn't boot without removing the config. I fixed that and works well now.

0.3.6 released.

Now backs up and restores the backgrounds (/corbenik/bits/top.bin, /corbenik/bits/bottom.bin) and the chainloading payloads at /corbenik/chain.

0.2.3 and later users can autoupdate by having a file named /corbenik-updater/useupdate

Testing this out now and will ramble at you when it's done!

Rambling at you now! I know double post, but it's been like half an hour of testing.
So upgrading to clean, works just fine. Copies over all files you said would be copied over.
Then did a dirty upgrade and it worked just fine as well! Upgraded and kept the settings.
As well, the launcher worked just fine after both installs.

All right, thank you. I'll try to figure out a way of not updating locale unless needed, as locale unzipping (and the huge amount of files) is what makes it so slow.

Right now, it's very usable. It takes a bit of time to install, but it's still an updater that works!

Oh, also, I've added the BGM Edition. It's quite glitchy. Apparently, the script doesn't want to try and load a BGM from anywhere but romfs:/bgm.wav. I'll have to fix that.

yeah. As long as /corbenik-updater/usebgm exists. It's kind of glitchy sometimes.

Created the file, tested it out. It played this cool music, then straight up crashed my entire system!

Got a little scared for a second there. But it rebooted just fine. I removed it until you can figure it out. It's most likely taking up too much memory somewhere, which is causing it crash.
