Hacking Playing .3ds games on Wii U?

Is there a way to play 3DS games on the Wii U? If not, isn't there a way to convert .3ds games to .nds and the convert them to loadiine ready games?

NO, there is not Also no, the DS is very different from the 3DS so you cant just simply convert them to DS, thats like saying you want to convert a PS4 game to Nintendo 64

No, to all of that. It might be in theory possible to make a 3DS emulator on the Wii U, but even then highly unlikely.
Your best bet for enjoying 3DS games, is to buy a 3DS and hope it's running an exploitable firmware.

Given the fact that NDS games run poorly on vWii and that 'converting' a 3DS game to a NDS game does mean nothing, I think I should not be wrong if I say that the answer is... NO

Since Wii U have 3 cores (2 PPC, 1 ARM) and 3ds is ARM, the 3DS emulator should run on the ARM one to have better performance.

In youtube comments somebody was talking about converting .iso to .wbfs and somebody said to just "change the file extension name, it works with everything"

Well in theory it "Could" be posible. Remember when people started to run PSP Games on their PS3s? But we can't be sure until we have IOSU and after some years of research.

Perhaps but i would bet that it is not going to happen for 3DS at all. Look at DS for Wii ? Never.

But that was because $ony already had a working PSP emulator built in to the PS3 FW for playing PSP Minis, all people had to do was tap into it, just like with Wii/U's VC.

Necrobump + that will never happen, Wii U is far from being powerful enough. Even the PS4 Pro would struggle to do it.
