I just finished setting up the other day the full hack. It's awesome by the way it boots so quick, I followed the guide to get this set up.

But I let my cousin play the 3DS and he connected his Nintendo ID so I can't use my ID until I format the console.

I'm wondering if I would have to re set up my emunand or lose my a9lh/Cfw.

Luma should protect firm writes, but I don't know about what tinyformat does.
Your emunand should stay untouched (if you take out your sd card before formatting and if you use the system formatter)

I recommend using the system format in the system settings.

Make sure to take out your sd card after you press okay three times, and before you see the big blue format button, or your emunand will be lost.

TinyFormat just formats the 3DS without doing anything to your SD Card. It's better than formatting via System Settings.

Alright guys, so I should be safe to use tiny format, and it'll boot back up into my emunand like usual? Will I lose my cias and objecting fbi into health app?

Thanks a lot guys just want to know before I lose the few hours it took to set this up.

Yeah, because when you format, once you turn your 3DS back on, it's like turning a 3DS on for the first time.

Any system apps (that includes injected fbi (because its a health and safety app)) stay after you format, otherwise it would be very easy to downgrade.
