Homebrew [RELEASE] FBI Dark Theme and Theme Template for GIMP

Hello GBATemp.

I made a GIMP template for FBI 2.x themes, and made an example dark theme for it.
Refer to the readme file on how to use themes with FBI.

Too little too late!
You don't have to compile FBI to use themes. Just drop the fbitheme folder to the root of your SD and you're good to go.

I've had something like this personally for a while before theme support was even in FBI. My top bars are yellow, though.

I did read from someone that you make a "NAND destiantion" of the lastest FBI with your Dark Theme. If is that true, Could you share it?

Notes:
1) They won't replace existing FBI
2) They won't show up until you press the power button once, and then return to home menu.
