I don't know which disk image to use... I want to use Win95 but all the ones I can find on the internet are around 1mb IMG files. I tried them but when I load the .bat file it just "loads" and goes to a black screen... I know it seems noobish but I'm at a loss. Anyone able to help?

Isn't abandonware alright though? I may be wrong but I could have sworn the laws were a bit different with abandonware.

You are really good with your law skills, there is no such thing as abandonware when it comes to the law and Windows is not abandonware since there are commercial and industrial applications that rely on older versions.

I wasn't claiming I was. But I see that I was indeed wrong, thank you.

actually your stupid becasue were downloaded win9x stuff. but new versions of windows rely on WINDOWS NT.
"your stupid"

Windows 95 was released in 1995. US copyright law for hired works is 95 years from first publication, which means it goes out of copyright in 2090.

From your posts, it looks like you've never actually used Windows 95, and just want to install it because it makes you look "leet". (Or, in reality, you want other people to install it for you and then take the credit.)

We have to give you links to Let Me Google That For You because we aren't allowed to link to the warez.
I can tell you that the image file should be called w95.img and the XDA thread that has it has the the word XPERIA X8 and Windows 95 in the title.
