Its the new exploit for those unfortunately on 11.0 and hive mentality dictates that people will want it and will pay extra for it, though I don't know if thats $105 extra, yeesh.

its possible, but im in an area thats not too "mod crazy" and the stores within the next few counties around me all had a low quantity stock, so ik im getting mine. id say its just the time you placed the order and the area you live in. i had a gamestop get me a CE of tales of symphonia like 5 months after it released because one 30 miles away had it in stock. so i really think its what stock is locally available at this point.

Many systems for ordering online (at least where I live) have their stock updated only every day or so. So if there's an item with low stock, and a bunch of people buy them all, you can still buy them and have the store say 'in stock' for the remainder of that day (and of course never receive the item in question).

if your on 11.0 homebrews not worth it hans won't work on newer games you should not waste the money on this game and buy another 3ds instead and trade your own one in to get some money for it

This was released on the eShop at least in USA and PAL regions, but was taken down a few hours after the exploit was released.
