Will there ever be downgrading on 11.0? Without hardmod?

I'm afraid hardmod is the way to go. It's not that dangerous though, there's not much you need to worry about, as long as you either pay someone experienced to do it, or that you're experienced.

this 9.2 downgrade soft brick happens regardless of the sysUpdater you use (sysUpdater, SafeSysUpdater, PlaiSysUpdater). so the issue is not that they used SafeSysUpdater.

only solution is to enter recovery mode and update to 11.0.0-33(or whatever the latest could be).

No, but I know @gamesquest1 does it in the UK, if you pay for shipping, he does it for £25 (32 Euros).

I think so, but ask around to see if someone in Germany will do it. I only know gamesquest so have a look around

But it's useless to wait right? Since its impossible to downgrade on 11.0 without a hardmod

I suggest getting a hardmod, because to downgrade on 11.0, you need to have an arm9 exploit. And that's not happening anytime soon, so if you want to downgrade, get it hardmodded.
