Hacking Error message after downgrade from 10.7 to 9.2

Hey I just downgraded from 10.7 to 9.2 and now I get an error message when I boot.
Is my 3ds bricked?
The safesysupdater said all files are ok.

Have you already tried taking out the SD card and rebooting? Wait about a minute if it hangs on a black screen with no text.

I think it's just a softbrick. You can save your 3ds by updating it (to 11.0 X_X), with the recovery mode (L+R+A+UP)

Have you formatted your 3ds just before the downgrade?
You can buy another 3ds, downgrade it, and perform a system transfer between the old 3ds and the CFW of the new 3DS. Then, sell the old 3ds.
(or a hardmod)

So, we need (in theory?) an arm9 exploit, good luck! XD

Man... fuck my life seriously.... I was so happy that I finally got an exploit and the 3ds just softbricked for no reason... I could cry right now... Guess thats it no more downgrade for me..

Anyways, like someone asked earlier, did you do a system format prior to downgrading?
If you didn't, then that's what caused your soft-brick.

Then you took a chance at RNG and lost. I've seen people have this happen to them, and also heard of others who have never had a need to format and do the process fine. It's all up to chance.

I used two at the same time. I started with this guide https://gbatemp.net/threads/noob-friendly-guide-to-downgrading-your-3ds-from-fw-10-7.418125/ and then I used his guide
