Hacking Saviine quick help needed

Sorry for making a new thread for this, i would do some more research, but my bad connection won't let me so...

I bought Xenoblade Chronicles X because i played it via the bad, bad piracericy and found myself loving it so much that i wanted the communityfeatures and to actually own that sucker and i got a friend to do the same so that we can do the pseudo coop.

Now two problems arrise:
I got some fair progress in the 4 days and some relatively nice drops that i wouldn't want to lose so i thought about using saviine and injecting the loadiine save into the slot of the discversion. Is that possible, could i get some help?

And if it is, the second problem comes in,
I wasn't very clever when downloading the game, didn't give a flying and played the NTSC version while my Disc is PAL, now.
How likely is it the save is still compatible when injected? Because i had mixed results when importing saves cross-region in the past with games...

Help, plez

Anyone? Something? Anything? My brain is taunting me to play but if it's not possible i dont want to play the loadiine save any further just to start over and if it is i want to port it over beforehand...
And my fingers are really, really itching to play it xD

So, to answer your questions :
1- yes it's possible.
I recommend creating a save on the console first, dump it with saviine, so you'll get the folder's layout where to put your loadiine's file into.
now launch saviine again and use restore mode.

2- I really don't know if the savegame is region free or not.
Maybe the player data is, but not the online info.
the game has 3 or 4 different files : player data (your game progress), avatar saves (the players you create at the beginning, you can store few of them), and the online data.
maybe you'll have to keep the "officially created" online data, and replace only your game progress file when using saviine.

But maybe it will not work at all due to regional issue and differences.
Or maybe it will work fine by replacing all the files!
You'll have to test (and report here, for other users to know if it's possible).

Yeah sry, just was for one confused that around it, similar threads where just ran over by people and i didnt even get the usual, totally usefull "i dont know" people love to post, also i wasnt sure whether or not the thread even popped up properly since i am still experimenting with tapatalk and it wouldnt be the first bug i had xD

I figured as much and allready thought of merging and experimenting, just hoped somebody may did allready and knew something. I'll report back.

Ok, the savefiles are actually perfectly compatible between each other, i could just inject everything from the USA save, everything went quite fluent and flawless.
The save is transfered and works like a charm. Can't really test if online works right now but i will try that out either in some hours if my phone hotspot is enough to even connect it or in some days if it isnt.

Ok, online actually works even tho my game isn't even updated, probably due to the fact that the save was created with the updated version i guess xD

I played and completed the game without the update
it's nothing related to online, or any game fix anyway, it's only a text update on the menus.

I don't know if you will be able to encounter your friend, the online is limited and usually random. I didn't try friend match making, I don't have any.

Edit:
oh, you might want to download the DLC if you play from disc now. the load time will still be slow, but better than disc only.
The DLC is long to download and install (2-3H!)
