Hacking Kernel/SDCafiine not loading through browser

First of all I'm going to warn you all that I am definitely a newbie when it comes to Wii U modding to bear with me

I've been wanting to get into Super Smash Bros modding for quite a while now so after looking up a tutorial on how to do it, I went along with it. I've gotten up to the point where I have to dump the game, so I downloaded DDDKernel and DDD for the XAMPP Control Panel. I moved the two folders to htdocs, started up the Apache (which was a success), and then moved to the Wii U. Whenever I type in the address however, I'm always presented with Error Code 112-1028 after waiting for the website to load for over 30 seconds. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong so that's why I'm here.

My Wii U is updated to 5.5.1 if that's the issue at all. I've heard that I can use Super Smash Bros Brawl to install Homebrew and do that way instead, however my copy of the disc is damaged and needs to be repaired, so that's my last resort if there's no way of getting the browser page to load.

So I went with Vidcycle to get Brawl repaired. Unfortunately, the game still refuses to get to the main menu. Does anyone know how to get the Kernel/DDDKernel to work because I don't really feel like spending $30 on a new copy of Brawl

I followed these steps: (You use Brawl for Wii mode modding )
1: Download the latest version of DDD and the homebrew launcher (or download the AIO package here on GBATEMP)
2: Delete Cookies
3: Open "loadiine.ovh" in your browser.
4: Open the drop down menu and choose Homebrew Launcher.
5ress Submit
6nce in the Homebrew Launcher tap on DDD.
7: Insert SSBWiiU and dump. (Following instructions of course)
8: Return to "loadiine.ovh" on the Wii U (Select SDCafiine on the dropdown menu) and launch your modded Smash with SD Cafiine (Press A at the menu then launch Smash)
