I really need help on my 3ds. So i already upgraded my cfw to rx-e 11.0 but decided to format system memory because i want to give it to my cousin and i want it to feel brand new. But after the formatting, the cia installer is gone(I'm using title manager) . Is there any way that i can get back any cia installer on my 3ds?
No, what is needs is the guide of ARM9loaderhax. Why? Children (besides the ones who do stuff like this themselves) don't have a clue on how to use this type of shit.

nope! Download rxtool.
Put the rxTools.3dsx (located inside the ninjhax/rxTool/ folder) on the root of the sd card, and rename it to "boot.3dsx"
(with this method, you can't access the homebrew launcher anymore)
It's not working :(

so i already have rxtools folder in my 3ds . but there's two of them. The first one located in 3ds folder and there is boot.3dsx,rxtools..3dsx,and rxtools.smdh

and the second one is located in the root of my sd card which consist of data folder, firm, lang, etc.

i tried copying the rxtools.3dsx to the root and rename it but my 3ds keeps entering the sysnand.

Have you istalled menuhax on the sysnand? If not, install it before.

OK, so re-replace the boot.3dsx by the one in the starter pack (it's the homebrew laucher).
Erase your cookies and all your data on the browser. Re-try Browserhax until it works (re-erase all data at each try)
Install menuhax with the auto mode (no need to push a button to trigger menuhax)
Replace the boot.3dsx on the root by the rxtool.3dsx (renamed boot.3dsx)
enjoy!

Oh my God ,finally able to access the homebrew launcher. Now in menuhax how do i set it to autoboot?
Please wait 1 minute, i'll start the menuhax installer on my 3ds....

edit: OK, so, select Install.

Then, select "Configure/check haxx trigger buttons" -> type 2 -> push the button you want (in case you want to access the sysnand), and touch the touch screen to confirm.

He's giving it to his cousin, and people who don't set this sort of shit up aren't going to know the do's and don't's of Menuhax/why you shouldn't update a sysNAND at this point in the guide. But yeah, fuck me for giving practical advise even though 11.0 is lurking around the corner waiting to fuck up his cousin's day...

i feel you you and otherwise understand you are trying to help but the op never said his cousin was . . . how did you put it
Children (. . . ) don't have a clue on how to use this type of shit.
oh yeah thats it . . . a clueless child

He also never mentioned he wasn't and I'm the type to always assume the worst in vague situations. ...you also just cannot beat the simplicity and ease of use ARM9loaderhax brings after it's all said and done.
