Hacking Black icon on home screen

Hey,

I've succesfully installed the arm9loaderhax.
But when i turn on my 3DS, i have a weird black icon on my home screen, when i tick on it, it says that i have to download it (i dont want, because i think i gonna brick my device then).
It has no title, and the description are squares with question marks in it and sometimes an chinese sign... i dont know if i can delete it or not?

Same problem. Accidentally installed FBI into sysnand.

Using FBI 2x and check titles, look for all titles located in sysnand, and look for the one title id that does not match.

You should be able to locate one title id in your sysnand that does not belong their. Once isolated, delete it using FBI.

It seems like you installed something to the NAND instead of the SD; at least that's what happene to me some time ago.

Yeah, you installed a title to NAND that shouldn't have been installed there. You'll need to use FBI and check installed titles to find the culprit.

No thats not it. Don't delete that it'll brick

Its gonna be a series of numbers aka title id.

You need to write down all the title ids in sysnand figure out what they are, and isolate the one title id that is not supposed to be their.

There is site that will tell you what each title id means.

Chances are its FBI, look for the fbi title in your sysnand.

I deleted the FBI title, but now security is not FBI anymore, im screwed.

No, FBI is gone. I cant access FBI. The black icon is still there.

I have read the injection story and it says that it doesnt want it to be commercial, so putting FBI on sd card is the only option now i guess?

I did, but now FBI isnt on my homescreen anymore and the black square is... how can i get FBI back?

No I think you deleted the Green Colored FBI title. The Red Colored title that is causing the black icon is still there.

It might not be the FBI title installed on your sysnand, it could be another title. I suggested FBI cause its the most common title that gets installed into sysnand.

Also, when you deleted the FBI title, what was the id, the title should have been 000400005 blah blah blah. It would not have just said FBI.

You were supposed to use FBI 2x to uninstall the sysnand file. In other words you were supposed to install a second FBI into your system.

You're Help icon should have been injected with FBI, or else how did you install FBI 2X.

Just use your Help Icon to install another FBI 2X

The title was FBI, but it was RED as you said. I used injection to Health & Safety app, but that app is gone now...

The title that was causing the problem would have never been labelled "FBI" even in Red. You deleted the health app injection.

The title that was causing the black icon would have been labelled "00040008F..." You were supposed to look for the title id in the red section that did not belong there.

Also you were supposed to install a second FBI (FBI 2.1x) into your SD card then use the FBI 2.1x from the SD to uninstall the Red sysnand app. Now you have no FBI.

Should i redo the step of copying ReNAND files to my SysNAND? Then i have FBI again. Because i can access all the other things.
