so there is a cfw but im thinking of one that uses a9lh and checks your cfw version on boot and if its out of date it will auto update it
 
I would advise against these auto-updates. If the host gets compromised, who knows what you're getting installed. Manual updates, you can just wait a day or two; no issues come to light then copy one folder (luma) and one file (arm9loaderhax.bin) to your SD card.

Given that my updater uses my host, which is based on github, I highly doubt the host will be compromised.

Also the luma folder is just an empty folder anyway. No need to copy it each release.
