I checked, and it seems Python eats up my CPU and RAM way more than it should. Almost 70% of my CPU goes to it in use.

Nm, I realized what I was doing wrong and it serves me right for watching a half-assed video on how to do everything. In the video, the guy deleted all the files and folders in the patch folder and then copied over the new files created with the program. Actually, you keep your patch folder intact, and then overwrite everything with the new files.

Are you on a laptop or desktop? Processor? Etc? You probably would need to dish out money on a better CPU, either that, or you just have a really really weird issue.

Laptop, which is why I assumed it was a CPU issue to begin with. Give me a second to find my processor...

1.30 GHz. I'm no expert, but that doesn't strike me as a whole lot.

You don't have a desktop available? It's most likely a CPU problem, since desktops can usually handle tons of things.
