An anon on fireden a few months back made a nude patch and another anon said he would compile a .cia of it, but was having no luck making it work properly.
The .romf were released once and then disappeared. I haven't been able to find them.
It's all over the place so you'll have to look it up yourself, but just Ctrl+f and search for keywords: .cia, lewd, meme, and sapphire.

@cooroxd If you look in the links in @mgrev's post, you can find a link to a mega folder with all kinds of textures you could use to make one yourself, if you knew how. There's also a link to a pastebin with a link to a CIA version that supposedly has all those textures. I've tried to unpack it to see exactly which textures it changes, but I can't figure out how to get the files in the ROMFS to be viewable. I tried unpacking them with pk3DS, but they just end up as a bunch of .bin files that Ohana can't read.
Edit: Given up on the lewd CIA. I'm more interested in extracting Pokemon models from a clean ROMfs now. I have this crazy dream of 3D printing my own Mega Charizard X Amiibo.

Any help would be appreciated. And yes, I know Models Resource has a lot of the models. But I want to do it myself. It'll mean more that way.

Yes there is, I've gotten it to work when putting togethor rutile ruby.
(By following the same methods as would be taken with installing to sapphire)

It's a little complicated, but here is how you do it. Either patch your own star sapphire cia, or get it form that iso site, and use asia81's hackingtoolkit to extract the cia's contents(type cia on the hacking toolkit menu).
Download the latest binary of garctool(https://github.com/kwsch/GARCTool/releases/),and have it open the file at extractedRomFS/a/1/3/3. Replace the dec_20.bin from the battle folder in the BustyMayMod.rar with the dec_20 file in the newly extracted folder(be sure to change the extension when replacing, I think it was .154)
Delete the old ../a/1/3/3 file. Then have garctool open folder, and point it to the _3 folder. Let it process. Rename the 3_.garc to just 3. Delete the folder.
Get https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-builder.388858/ and have it rebuild the .3ds file.
Then, use simple CIA converter to create the installable title.
