It's tied also to whatever system settings has. That's why with region changed nand, the info turns from US to Japan. I could change the country and subregion to Anguilla on an NA/SA console, and thus the country/subregion info on the game matches that.
Thanks a bunch @Nba_Yoh for this! Though, I want to report that some of the event's don't work for me, but they work fine with MysteryMachine. It tell me the "gift was not there" when entering certain codes.
ex: European english shiny Xerneas - 0576|E000|EU00|0000. Other events that I've tried and aren't working are 0547, 0553, 0563, and 0577.

Won't this have an option to download whatever event we want as MysteryMachine has? I mean, it's much better to use a NTR's plugin than said homebrew, but this would be a great option, using the same server.
I've tried these codes multiple times on both the retail and digital versions of Alpha Sapphire and a bunch still don't work for me. Both the working and non-working codes are listed below (The last four zeros of each code has been removed for convenience).
I've also noticed that in the video you posted the wondercard descriptions change based on the language you choose. This doesn't happen for me and is always in english no matter what language/region I put in the code..

i get an error while trying to connect to the internet after choosing "get with code" although i can never connect to the internet when playing pokemon with ntr cfw loaded anyway. is there supposed to be a way to bypass that?
Well, the result is the same, except that the MysteryMachine could let you receive gifts that are not available anymore.
I made this because I did not want to do all the process with the spoofer. Moreover I don't like to bypass the encryption by using http requests and a custom server.
