Thanks. I don't have a lot of technical knowledge so I haven't figured out how to use it yet, but I'll try to.
Edit: I have no idea what to do, so someone please help.

Injection through *Gecko is uncomfortable to be honest ;)
If you only want to inject gba roms use this https://github.com/ajd4096/inject_gba . Tried it today on 5.5.1 with Pokemon Ash Grey. Works like a charm
I tried to use it, but opening the inject_gba_gui.py just causes it to instantly close. I tried opening it with command prompt, and it says:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "inject_gba_gui.py", line 5, in <module>
import easygui as eg
Import Error: No module named 'easygui'

Does this support 256 megabit ROMs? Last I heard using these injection methods had a limit of 128 megabit due to the fact the eShop not having 32 MB games on there.

Had sam problems. Just ignore inject_gba_gui.py and inject_gba_cli.py scripts. Run inject_gba.py from inject_gba direcotry
Code:
inject_gba.py --inpsb /path/to/alldata.psb.m --inrom /path/to/new.rom --outpsb /path/to/new/alldata.psb.m

Dunno. You need to check by yourself

I've been using Loadiine and the a similar method to converting them without a 32 MB ROM limit being an issue, but that's just me, it'e been so long I forgot what method I used to convert them.

you can inject 32mb roms on super mario advance 4 super mario brs 3 since its a 32mb game among others now released on e shop.

I must have forgotten that it was on the eShop lol. Isn't the Loadiine method technically more compatible? That, and with that, I can save in-game and save states, I suppose though for this kind of injection, it's more for quick testing right?

Ah well I have a fair no. of games for GBA in Loadiine already so I guess this would be an alternate way of doing it :P Too bad Snes VC games are a pain to replace with non eShop games lol.
