hey guys, I've recently downloaded nintendont along with a few iso's and they seem to be playing fast and to fast for my liking. So I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the speed of the gameplay, thanks - MelonYo

Settings > Disable Sanic Speed

In all seriousness, games can't really run "too fast" or "too slow" with Nintendont, since they run natively... Try to run them with 50hz instead of 60hz, other than that there's not much to do.

Hi these are the only setting I can see to do with speed is, unlock read speed? :3

I think it's only like it on some games? Like sims 2 pets and sims 2?

First check if the versions of those games you got are NTSC or PAL.

Maybe they are NTSC, and you remember playing them in PAL format, seeing that UK flag, thus most probably meaning that they worked at 50hz.
50hz makes the games run around 16% slower than their original speed.

Could that be the difference in speed that you notice?

If it is, you should just look for the PAL version and use the 50hz option then.

If that's not the issue I really don't know. Only one game ran at a speed that wasn't proper (In my case slower) for me, and it got solved by updating Nintendont manually, but that's probably going to be a completely different matter.

I personally can't stand 50hz any more after seeing games running at their original speed.

I think that could be it as both Sims 2 and sims 2 pets are us Isos not pal thanks I'll give it a go

I've tried this ISO and it's a actual problem. I didn't get the effect in The Sims 2 though, just The Sims 2 Pets.
