Hacking Gateway can't load emuNAND region changed?

I changed my emunand region from european to japanese. When i run it via a9lh it works perfeclty, but if try to load it using Gateway, the 3DS freezes on a black screen (just after the gateway red dragon). Why? Is there a way to solve solve this issue?

Where did you get your SecureInfo_A?
Was it from real Japanese console or edited European one?

I edited my own european Secureinfo_A. Is that the issue?

Yes. SecureInfo_A has signature, which obviously breaks when you edit file.
Gateway doesn't patch sig checks for lot of things, including SecureInfo_A.
I don't think they will ever fix it. Your only options are to either use CFW or try to find real Jap SecureInfo_A.

Understood...will i have the same result with the Secureinfo_A downloaded from "that ISO site"?

It should be fine. But you probably won't be able to use eShop with public Secureinfo_A.

I don't need the eshop. I'll try that secure info and i'll tell you if it works or not
