Calm down guys, it's a joke.

The 3DS doesn't even have an ARM10 processor - just ARM9 and ARM11. This is common knowledge so the joke is pretty harmless.

Dude are you sure this is fake? I just attempted this on a New Nintendo 4DS XS Super Stable Edition Featuring Dante From The Devil May Cry Series & Knuckles on system menu development build 5t4b13 and it seems to have worked perfectly. It works with the official Nintento CFW too. This has got some real potential! We just need an arm12 exploit now, but I hear it's coded in titanium, so it's probably really stable and hard to hack.
