i hava new 3ds xl

version while reducing the error it gave but the device is working

versiyon 9.2.0.20

I couldn't cfw

If I understand correctly, you tried to downgrade it to 9.2, which I guess has not been done completely (like FIRM didn't downgrade).
You must run downgrade again until it completes downgrade without any error.
EDIT: Also tell us which sysupdater you used (there are several, eg. safe sysupdater, etc)

No you can run sysupdater a second time with the same firmware files to correct the files it failed to install

It's not broken, just... messed up. You have to run the downgrader again.

Like it has been said, you need to run the downgrader again, exact same procedure, until it completes the downgrade without any errors.

It's not broken, just... messed up. You have to run the downgrader again.

Force shutdown by holding power button until it powers off and try again.
On HBL try loading homebrew app called ftpbrony something, exit it (I think by pressing START) and then launch sysupdater.

Mind telling what sysupdater are you using (from which developer).

What CIA file it gave error on when installing (the title id, filename of cia). If it is differrent than the previous one then that means you are still progressing, just keep trying until no errors occur.

Did it complete fully? No errors? If so, then yes. You're now fully on 9.2. Try cfw again.

Try whichever CFW you tried before, should boot and not result in red error screen.

Did it complete fully? No errors? If so, then yes. You're now fully on 9.2. Try cfw again.

I had to use SafeSysUpdater and it gave me a half-downgrade (lot of system errors on boot, etc....but I could still get in home-brew launcher....but after that, I used normal SysUpdater and it installed like 2 CIA files and then ran the DowngradeChecker program and it said it was successful....I was on a New 3DS XL 9.8 to start with

Are you sure that all the files needed for the cfw is in the sd card? Also which cfw is it?
