If its the cia, the payload will be in the sd card "hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-6-0-31-USA" and change is to "hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-7-0-32-USA"

Do you have a Old or New 3DS?
'Cause if you have the old the "NEW" part should be "OLD", or if your 3DS is from other region

Generate a new otherapp at smealum website and rename it to hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-7-0-32-USA

I just think that anyone who wanted to downgrade should have by now (after 4 total kexploits, like seriously) and the Window should be closed for any must play SSB4 online right now plebs.

Yeap, 100% if you are with unlinked NANDs and 98% if your NANDs are linked
