ROM Hack PkHex Eon Ticket Event Question

So I have a question about the Eon Ticket event with PkHex. So in my Omega Ruby game, I want to use PkHex to re-do the Eon ticket event because I have already gotten the Latias before but I don't know how to go about resetting whatever flag(s) are needed to do it again. I have tried importing my save with the homebrew savedatamanager and changing the event flags "Latias caught" and "Latias Defeated" to Off, but when I went back to talk to Norman about going to the Island, he didn't say anything about it again. To anyone who can help me with this, thanks! I really want to get a shiny Latias but I don't want to shiny hunt for it in Alpha Sapphire when I get to that point because it takes like 3 minutes per reset for the story Latias.

Do you think it would be possible if I deleted the item from my inventory and gave myself the wondercard? If nothing else, I could just try to find if someone else has a save file set before they got the Latias and do it from their save and trade it over. It would kinda stink if I did that and it doesn't have my OT though.

Then go to Southern Island by boat/fly and you should see it there.

I keep trying to talk to Norman to begin it though but he doesn't say anything about it. I can't fly to Southern Island either, it doesn't let me.

I think that it's possible, but it involves setting some other flags, as you can't get to the island without Norman, as there is not other way to get there.

That's exactly what I did, I deleted the item from my inventory, gave myself the wondercard, unset and set the flags I was told to, and got the Ticket again from the mystery gift person, but Norman still won't let me leave.

I think that it's possible, but it involves setting some other flags, as you can't get to the island without Norman, as there is not other way to get there.

Nope, not exactly, but you could try and figure it out yourself if no one else knows. I don't understand why you can't just make another latias that is shiny and set it to your OT and location. If you are already using pkhex, it should be easy.

Heck he could just get the Latias he already has and make it shiny without touching the stats.

If I did that it would feel too cheaty. I know resetting the game back to when I haven't already gotten it is cheating but at least if I soft reset for the pokemon it would at least felt like I earned it.
