The keys should be

slot0x1BKeyX.bin for secure 4
slot0x05KeyY.bin for n3ds ctrnand
slot0x18KeyX.bin for secure 3
slot0x25KeyX.bin for 7.x crypto

The slot0x11key96.bin was originally put in for secure 4 but didn't work so was changed for slot0x1BKeyX.bin.

I followed Plailect's tutorial and had no problem injecting/dumping fbi the first time. But after everything was done I tried loading up decrypt9 and attempting to dump the H&S gave me this error. Anyone got any ideas?

FYI when injecting health and safety back over FBI the icon retains FBI icon.... would be nice if it reverted the icon as well.

Yes... we know. If you really want an FBI icon, inject FBI to H&S and then install a FBI.cia to your home menu. Then you'll have it.

Well i actually want Health and Safety icon back, how can I do that?

IIRC, the icon is cached in extdata somewhere. you'd either have to find that cached icon and delete it (no idea where i'd even start for doing that), or I think the cache will eventually clean itself out and be replaced with the proper icon.

Do you remember when you made a backup of H&S? Just reinject that backup

Thats what Im saying.. when you do the icon doesnt come back, that was the whole point of my post.

For some reason, I can't boot up the UI version except with A9LH. Using the CIA kicks me back to Home Menu, the 3dsx just blackscreens.

You could try what FenrirWolf was saying a delete your Extdata folder for the NAND you're on. That may revert it back.

Make a backup of it though

It's okay. I forgot to post Title IDs for that extdata.
So, they are 00000082, 0000008f and 00000098 (JPN, USA and EUR regions).

Thanks for confirmation on the files and for updating Decrypt9 for a9lh.

And is slot0x18KeyX.bin definitely not needed for n3ds on a9lh.

EDIT

Just test with a secure 3 game and no slot0x18KeyX.bin on n3ds on a9lh and it is decrypting it.

I have test the latest version of Decrypt9 built from latest source on n3ds a9lh.

Normal,7.x crypto,secure 3,secure 4 and seed crypto games in both 3ds and cia all decrypted fine

Dumping some files from sysnand and emunand works fine.

Updating seeddb works.

Dumping some partitions from emunand works.

Dumping twl partition and making twl xorpad works.

Making xorpads for games works.

I have test most things and they all work.

really happy to see Decrypt9 working through arm9loaderhax, the 3dsx started giving me a crappy boot rate. I tried decrypting Super Mario World VC cia through a9lh and it worked perfectly on New3DS.
