FBI is only on 10.3 or less, you can't on any firmware with HANS.

Almost everyone credible is overworked, just go to your local GameStop equivalent, sell it, go somewhere else and buy a new one (in US/Canada Target has a 2DS for $100 with a game, look around).

1. Yes.
2. You can do the following:
   1. Play out-of-region games
   2. Play romhacks (not piracy)
   3. Emulate older games
   4. Edit save files
   5. Custom/pirated home menu themes and badges
   6. Use other homebrew (not much at the moment)

Sorry for asking so much....I'm just sad bc I really wanted to play games but all my money went into buying the actual 3ds and right now I don't have money to buy games Xd
