Hello all!
I was wondering if a spoofed fw shows the spoofed fw version in the settings, or does it just show the original non spoofed fw version?
I was needing to know so I can tell if my system was updated somehow?

well I spoofed it last year when the first one came out, which I believ spoofed it to 5.50.
And thats what my machine shows. So obvisously if it says 5.5.0, it is not upgraded to latest! B-)
How can I tell what the original version is? I looked and couldn't find anything.

Try playing online?

No playing online for me!
I know my original fw when I spoofed it was 5.3.2.
My system settings show 5.5.0. I don't remember if this is what originally was showing after the spoof or not.
The reason why I am asking is because I cannot get a hack to work no longer.

Try going to exploit.wiiubrew.net and try loading the Loadiine GX2 online, and check if you can get a success.

Thats another thing, I use a EZShare Card, so I don't go online, and I refuse to use an online hack!
But yesterday I messed with Rock Band on vWii and did connect long enough to download a song, but immediatelly after, deleted the internet setting.
But this was just yesterday, and my machine shows 5.5.0, so it did not update because thats not the latest version. correct me if I'm wrong...

You could tell from the browser version.

Just host an html page and open it in browser with something like.

<script>
alert(navigator.appVersion);
</script>

Should give you the browser version and then check to which firmware that corresponds.

Or look on the browser settings.
