it all working fine until I decide to dump my OTP.bin for use arm9loaderhax in future
after that I can't open devmenu or bigbluemenu, it crashes with the message

An error has ocurred
Hold down the POWER Button to
turn off the power, then turn it on
and try again.

For help, visit support.nintendo.com.

I'm on emunand 10.6
sysnand 9.2
using RxTools
o3ds
and in rxmode sysnand devmenu opens normal

the method I used to dump otp is, in emunand, use tinyformat two times (relinked and unliked emunand), downgrade emunand to 2.1 and inject this nand to sysnand, dump and then restore both nands

I already tried to complete format my SD, format emunand, restore my emunand and my backup files and it not worked yet

It's a joke, Don't do that, unless you wanna get banned XD.
OK yeah. I know you're smarter than that :rofl2:

I'd love for someone to have a conversation with a Nintendo representative about how their system won't turn on after dumping their OTP. That'd be an instaban before you even hung up the phone.

You may have to create a new EmuNAND.
I use my old sysnand with all my buyed games in my emunand, that is not a option
Had that to on 1 system, Delete Devmenu and BBM, reinstall worked fine for me
yeah, it don't :/
You have to rebuild the eShop database (or whatever the dbs folder is called). That's it!
I deleted my nintendo 3ds folder and nothing
I'm downgrading my emunand now and updating again, results soon

Do you happen to have over 90 GB free on your SD? DevMenu and BBM both crash if that's the case.

no, but it's good to know that
Why? All you have to do is backup your saves and redownload all your games from the eShop.
I have unliked nands, my main nand is in my emunand, so a new nand means copy sysnand to emunand what means lose everything
but I remembered that I made a backup before all this thing of CFW so I restored this early backup and installed all my cias over again (what take tooooooooo long --')
ok problem SOLVED :)

Um, yay? I think? You don't lose everything if you make a proper backup, but ok.
as far I know there is no way to transfer data from nands without a "system transfer" between 2 3DS
all I can do is backup my save files and make CIA's from my eshop content

the nand I restored is a really old nand but with the same NNID the updated one
