I'm getting "There is a problem with the system memory.", Error Code 160-0103 when ever trying to launch the Wii U Browser. I just recently updated to 5.3.2 as well and want to run some of the hacks.

Any possible solutions other then updating the WiiU?

Did you already try creating a new user and re-logging onto the console with it?
This seems to have fixed this error for others before..,

Ok, I tried switching user -> create new user, however when it tries to enter the miimaker I also get 160-0103.

I then tried to delete all content and settings and upon new setup when it tries to create the miimaker for a new user, I get the error code again.

I cannot even get into the WiiU Menu now, my only choice is to link my NintendoID again (which requires a system update).

Any suggestions?

You are going to have to send the system in for repairs. It's caused by a faulty flash chip (apparently) that affects some earlier consoles. Nintendo will replace your console even if it is out of warranty with this error, went through this myself.

Last edited by Panic.exe,
Sent it in for repair, but they returned it back stating I had "Homebrew Channel" installed on vWii (I left my SD card in the console when I sent it in).
Any other possible solutions now?

Well you'll have to reflash your Wii U nand. This will involve soldering and whatnot. Or if you know someone who can do it for you. If you can't do any of that then your Wii U has practically passed away.
