Homebrew [Release] Pituka Classics - A CPC MonoGame Emulator

Pituka/Wituka is an Amstrad CPC Computer Emulator very popular in Europe, mainly in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Germany (where the CPC was sold under the Schneider brand).

My goal is bring us some exclusive CPC Classics and give them with hi-scores, savestates even achievement or manuals if I could add to my CIAs

It's basically illegal and against GBAtemp rules to post downloads to copyrighted contents (like any sort of rom in whatever form).
You should think about releasing a normal emulator instead of such illegal CIAs or your threads will be deleted for sure.

Nobody cares about the Amstrad CPC's copyrights.

Ehm...

Ageing of software does not make it Public Domain.

This is not even slightly correct. So far only a limited amount (some 10%, a couple of hundred programs) of the software houses have given permission. Most of the houses from 'the Speccy times' were bought out by VIE, Infogrames, and the likes and these have not ever replied to the question whether distribution was okay. Now it turns out these big companies are represented by the ESA, I highly doubt they will ever give the permission.

Anyway if you're sure of what you say then do what you want.
Probably anyone on this forum prefer a normal emulator cause makes just no-sense to have 90 different CIAs for an emulator (and final user will also not be able to play any game he wants).

but all roms and bios and compilers of CPC computer was released as public domain many, many, many years ago... look the nvg ftp-site if you need more info

I'm working with a multilanguage "Abadia" Release!!

I would like a stand alone emulator though, so as to be able to play some of the really obscure and un-postable things on the 3DS.

Excatly I have been waiting for a cpc emulator for ever just to play the awesomeness that is harrier attack on my 3ds. Also I have to question your list of games to vote for next only one of them are in the top 10 greatest cpc games of all time list and the rest are not even in the top 20 please do some of the following rather than the ones on your list thanks

A MonoGame emulator is nice, but could you just release a version that allows any .DSK to run?

I tried RetroArch (Cap32/CrocoDS), but it's way too slow on my O3DS. So I'm still using CrocoDS for DS, which has a low resolution and the 3DS could be so much better.

Would you pleeeeease??
