Apple Gba4ios won't install Ipad 6.1.3

Hi I'm trying to install gba4ios on an ipad version 6.1.3. When I touch install on the gba4ios Web page it starts to install but then it days that it could not be installed at this time? Do someone know how I can fix this?

I tried the date trick and yeah, it stopped working.
iOS isn't the best thing to be playing GBA games on although Riley Testut is a great emulator developer (don't know if his work is based on VBA-M or something)

It is possible within the future, I'm not the person you should ask these sort of questions to, if I'm honest, because I haven't followed the iOS emulation scene for a year before 17th January, when I got my iPhone 5c and tried to download GBA4iOS 2.0 with no success.
Your best option is to get something like a GCW Zero or a GPD XD, the latter being an Android device and the former having a huge level of homebrew support.
