Put this on the root of sd card turn on 3ds wait a few seconds then press any button if the console shuts down when you press any button then you are not bricked.

is your sysNAND on 9.0-9.2?

If so, when booting up your 3DS, hold L and R. Then D9 should work.

You need to disable firmlaunch with L+R for Decrypt9 to work
